Payment is either by bank transfer or through an escrow service so your money and domain name is safely and securely transferred.

  • For buy it now the domain will be transferred to you as soon as payment has been confirmed.
  • For lease to own and rental period the domain is held in the escrow service.
  • Depending on the price of the domain, payment can be made by bank transfer credit card or wire transfer.

Payment-Methods

Some domains have buy it now option, with payment through an escrow service. This is a safe & secure payment method that ensures you will receive the domain name once you have paid. The way this works, you pay through the link on the domain you want, this takes you to escrow payment gateway. Once payment and domain name has been received by the escrow service, the domain is transferred to you and we receive your payment.

Details of Payment Options Available

(Please note these options are not available for all domains.)


FINANCING

1. Buy in 12 Months
Simple. Purchase divided into 12 equal installment payments.
Once the final installment is paid, the domain belongs to the renter.
100% of each payment accrues toward a future Purchase Option

2. Buy in 12 Months with 33% Now
Requires a down payment equal to 1/3 of the total Purchase Option.
Divide the remaining 2/3 into 11 equal installment payments.
Once the final installment is paid, the domain belongs to the renter.
100% of each payment accrues toward a future Purchase Option.

3. Buy in 5 Years
Simple. Purchase divided into 5 x 12 = 60 equal installment payments.
Once the final installment is paid, the domain belongs to the renter.
100% of each payment accrues toward a future Purchase Option.

4. Buy in 5 Years with 33% Now
Requires a down payment equal to 1/3 of the total Purchase Option.
Divide the remaining 2/3 into 59 equal installment payments.
Once the final installment is paid, the domain belongs to the renter.
100% of each payment accrues toward a future Purchase Option.

5. Buy in 5 Years with Interest
Purchase divided into 5 x 12 = 60 equal installment payments.
Once the final installment is paid, the domain belongs to the renter.
66.7% of each payment accrues toward a future Purchase Option.
So, over the full plan duration, the renter pays 50% interest.

6. Buy in 5 Years with 25% Now with Interest
Requires a down payment equal to 1/4 of the total Purchase Option.
Divide the remaining 3/4 into equal installment payments.
Once the final installment is paid, the domain belongs to the renter.
66.7% of each payment accrues toward a future Purchase Option.
So, over the full plan duration, the renter pays 50% interest.


RENTAL

7. Rent for 1 Year
Simple. Rent the domain for 1 year. No option to buy.
1 month after the final installment is paid, domain returned to owner.

8. Rent for 1 Year & Set Up Fee
Simple. Rent the domain for 1 year. No option to buy.
1 month after the final installment is paid, domain returned to owner.
First installment includes setup fee.

9. Rent for 10 Years with 5% Annual Increase
Simple. Rent the domain for 10 years. No option to buy.
1 month after the final installment is paid, domain returned to owner.
Annual rent increase offsets inflation & domain market appreciation.

10. Just $1 to Start, Rent For 10 Years
Try for just $1. What have you got to lose? See if the domain helps!
Rent goes up after 1 month. No option to buy.
1 month after the final installment is paid, domain returned to owner.
Annual rent increase offsets inflation & domain market appreciation


OPTIONING

11. Think It Over For 6 Months
Rent for 6 months. Take the domain for a test drive! Think it over!
Lock down the exclusive right to buy at a known price.
Installment payments do NOT count toward any purchase.
1 month after the final installment is paid, domain returned to owner.
Once that occurs, the Purchase Option is no longer valid.

12. Rent or Buy 10 Years
Long-term rental. Lock down exclusive right to buy at a known price.
Installment payments do NOT count toward any purchase.
1 month after the final installment is paid, domain returned to owner.
Once that occurs, the Purchase Option is no longer valid.
Annual rent increase offsets inflation & domain market appreciation.

13. Rent or Buy for 3 Years
Mid-term rental. Lock down exclusive right to buy at a known price.
Installment payments do NOT count toward any purchase.
1 month after the final installment is paid, domain returned to owner.
Once that occurs, the Purchase Option is no longer valid.

14. Sink or Swim, Rent Doubles Yearly
Rent is low at first. As you may be a startup business.
Rent doubles every year. Because a growing business can afford more.
Lock down the exclusive right to buy at a known price.
Installment payments do NOT count toward any purchase.
If the startup succeeds, you can buy. If not, domain returned to owner.
